AUTHORISATION AND CONSENT TO ALLOW MY EMPLOYER TO DEDUCT PORTION OF MY MONTHLY SALARY IN SETTLEMENT OF MY LOAN WITH

In consideration of the said loan, I/We agree to the followings:

a) hereby wholly, unconditionally and irrevocably direct, authorise and consent to the deduction of my monthly salary in repayment to in settlement of my loan;

b) hereby wholly, unconditionally and irrevocably direct, authorise and consent to allow to claim from my salary due to my default payment to them;

c) Hereby agree to indemnify you and your successors and assigns and hold you and/or your successors and assigns harmless against all actions, claims, demands, costs and expenses which may be brought against or suffered by you or your successors and assigns as a result of my said authorisation, direction and consent.
